Allison’s background in the accounting and sales world had her
on the fast track to success.  The World Race’s interruptions of that
journey was one of the most life-changing turning points in her life.
Allison led and participated in the June 2007 World Race before her
transition to full-time staff with the organization.

Allison is a native of Ohio, though she spent most of her
professional career in Lexington, Kentucky.  She spent most of her teen
and young adult years in competitive equestrian and still rides casually
when she finds the time.  However, the nations are her true passion.
Allison passionately believes God’s move in Uganda will be increased
because of her efforts, prayers and advocacy.

It
took several roles before Allison arrived at her current position.
Twice Allison led Squads of Racers through their World Race experience,
followed by a stint in leading the Field Support efforts of the World
Race.  Now Allison serves as the Program Coordinator for the World Race
and supervises all staff of the World Race and Real Life departments.

Although an excellent businesswoman and ministry leader,
Allison’s first love and passion is to unlock the life within a
generation.  She is a woman with the confidence to challenge, the faith
to allow growth regardless of its struggle, and the passion to see the
kingdom of God advanced through lives being changed one at a time.
