On one of our last days (Thursday) in Los Pinos, we were playing soccer.  While I was going for the ball against Josue, we both made contact with the ball at the same time with the same force.  When we stopped the ball, I started to fall.  When I fell, my left ankle bent and I heard some cracking.  When I tried to stand, it hurt and I hobbled to the side.  I had the two nurses of the teams (Rebecca from my team and Amanda from Rooted 1930) look at it.  They determined that it was a sprain.
Since then, I have had to slow down and rely on my teammates and God for support.  It is humbling but I think God is using it to teach me to not be so independent.  It also makes me trust in my team and God even more.  They have had to hold be accountable for not trying to do it all on my own.  I can be stubborn so although I do not like being in this situation, I have appreciated all of their help!  I will try to attach a picture for those who want to see it the next time I have computer access.
