How did our serve team try to motivate a group of college students to wash dishes? Sing to them, of course. Actually, I think they stopped what they were doing and looked at us with questioning looks. Oh well…we had fun.
Here is the Passport Serve Team (Jeremiah Jackson, Rachael Metzger, Me, Erin Mast, Christi-An Hansley, Alana Serna (behind us), Jessica Hurst, Valerie Long, Aubrie Elizabeth, and Julian Sutton)
As I explained in the Serve blog, Passport Training Camp is where the 18-22 year olds come to train for their trips. All the trips at this past training camp in January are four month trips internationally (January-May). Some of them stay in one country for the whole time while others travel to three different countries. Please be in prayer for these students and their leaders.
My friend Elizabeth (pictured below) is one of the amazing people leading these trips. She is leading one of the Africa Expedition trips. They are currently in Uganda. They will also go to Kenya and Tanzania. (Those were the same African countries I went to on the World Race.)
