View from our walk in Thailand
 
   My teammates and I have decided to make a commitment to healthier living this month.  We have decided to try to eat healthy (when we can control our food options).  We have also decided to exercise.  We walk or run about five times a week as a team. 
   In addition, we receive random types of exercise with our various jobs here.  For the past few days, I have used my muscles to sickle weeds.  We have used our muscles to dig holes and trenches; move concrete blocks and bamboo; mix concrete; cut down weeds, rake leaves and do whatever else needed to be done around the land here.  I made a short video my team members (except Mary and I) showing some forms of exercise.
