When we arrived at Kids International Ministries (K.I.M. for short) this month, Jeff (the Director) said that each person could pretty much choose any ministry this month. If his ministry is not already involved in that type of ministry, he will help us get connected with a ministry that is already set up.
K.I.M. is in charge of many different aspects of ministry: feeding people, working with orphans, working with youth, unloading and loading shipping containers for orphans, a homeless soccer team, a Spa that teaches Filipino women a trade, and a magazine for the homeless. Their website is:
www.kidsim.org. Each person was able to choose the best ministry for their skill set. My team members and I are working with all of the ministries listed above in some capacity.
