Because all of the stories surrounding my electronics seem to form more of a soap opera, I thought I should let you know the latest.
Molly took my broken laptop and external hard drive back to the states with her when she left for the wedding so that they could get repaired. However, somewhere along the way both items were stolen from her checked luggage. So, she is trying to get in contact with lost/missing items from the airline to file a claim. Somewhat humorously, the thief ended up with both a broken laptop and broken hard drive–not much of a success story for them. I was in a bit of a fluster about it yesterday when I found out, but I feel okay about it today. After all, God sees the big picture…and I’m really praying for that seven-fold business. *smile* Just please pray for my attitude through this whole ordeal. My camera is still out of commission, so I’ve been mooching other peoples’ photos. And it looks like I will have to do that with the laptop for the rest of the race now, too.
