Our team has been blessed with an awesome Kenyan cook six nights a week. Reagan was born and raised in Kibera and still lives there today. He is an incredible man of God with more vitality for life than I could ever imagine having. Reagan brings a ton of joy to the kitchen while preparing the delicious Kenyan food. I feel like I have tried more new things in the last two weeks than ever before. Ugali, Dengu, Pilau, etc.–my stomach has been blessed for sure! He has also poured into many of the team members. We have two chefs and several other novices that have learned new dishes or sampled new flavors. Even my personality type confirms that I am a lover of food, so I have been enormously grateful. On top of that, he is a musician, so several of the guys have found dinner prep the best time to jam on their instruments while Reagan freestyles with them. Awesome stuff, and highly entertaining. Thank you God for sending Reagan to our team.
