FRIENDS AND FAMILY, HERE IS MY LATEST UPDATE ON FOLLOWING HIS CALL. I AM CURRENTLY ON STAFF WITH ADVENTURES IN MISSIONS, AND AM GEARING UP TO HEAD OUT AGAIN
IRELAND:
Many of you already know that AIM has asked me to lead a high school team to Ireland for four weeks starting June 19th. During that time we will be partnering with a ministry to help put on some VBS-type camps. I am so excited to see how God will use us to minister to these children. What a change from the third-world countries I have grown accustomed to, but I am eager to see even more of the Kingdom brought to earth.
SWAZILAND:
Following Ireland, I fly directly down to southern Africa. I will be spending about 3 ½ months in Swaziland ministering in the care-points AIM supports. It will be my goal to help spread the word of the devastation in that nation through blogs, photos, and videos. Swaziland is a country ravaged by AIDS and poverty. AIM has been ministering to the Swazis for several years now, and I hope to share with you many of the ways that you can be involved in the restoration of that nation.
PRAYERS:
Preparation–for my heart, mind, and body as well as for my team and both countries.
Necessities–I need to purchase a flight to Atlanta, insurance, and some other odds and ends before I leave.
