Life Update

Life update: 

It’s been a while since I’ve updated on what’s been happening on this side of the world. 

So here are ten things to update you. 

1. We just finished month seven of our eleven month journey. YOIKESSS where did the time go. 

2. My team and I spent the last 3 weeks living at a hostel and working along side the staff and leaving them was so hard. They will FOREVER have a place in my heart and I hope to go back to Sunshine Bedz someday to see all my sweet friends. And Steve the man who leaves for two days and then somehow makes his way back to Sunshine Bedz. 

3. This month we have gotten to have the SWEETEST conversations with people from all over the world and had some really hard goodbyes. I am EXTRA thankful for technology so I can still communicate with some of the people I have meet over the last month. 

4. My team got to spend a weekend in Singapore and it was beautiful. 

5. My foot is broken ¯_(?)_/¯

6. We are making our way to Thailand where we will be working with another team in the red light district in Bangkok. We will be working with the women and children who are affected by human sex trafficking. 

7. In two weeks I get to see my parents in Thailand. I am so EXCITED to show them what it’s like to live this crazy life of mine in Southeast Asia. Traveling has become such a norm for me I’m excited to share it with my momma and dad! They will love it. 

8. I am currently learning what it looks like to find rest in the father and what his characteristics are. I love learning this because it makes worshiping him so much better when I know more and more about him and his steadfast love for me.
