First, I want to thank all of you who have supported me! I am only $39.00 away from being fully funded and my deadline is July 1st. Thank you all so much for making it possible for me to be here, and to continue this race. Even though after I meet my deadline I will not need any more donations, I will still very much need your partnership and prayers!!! They are so important in shaping this ministry and our squad– I’m not exaggerating.

However, if you would still like to donate and help support someone else on my squad, there are many people who are not fully funded. Every one of our international World Race participants need more funding, all need at least $2,000 to continue the race, and all four are amazing, wonderful, and Godly people, and I am so honored to call them each my friend! I’m so blessed!

Sara Shin is from Korea and God has put her in leadership almost immediately since coming here, which wasn’t Sara’s first choice, but she obediently took the job. She is now a squad leader, and Jesus is teaching her more and more to listen to Him and the Holy spirit, even if it seems crazy. Sara is not afraid to show her vulnerability and equally is unashamed to declare the glory of God in her life. She is also a wonderful worship leader–we call her the Korean Kari Jobe.

Hakyoung Lee is also from Korea and is both a kind and fierce friend, who sits at the feet of Jesus to listen to only His voice, only His beautiful words over her and others–she is also powerful beyond measure in her words of wisdom and insight into Jesus. She has caught me by surprise more times than I can count with a comment or thought that I have never heard before or thought of in that particular way. I treasure our conversations. She is also hilarious!

Our last Korean racer is Jay Park and she is a love warrior! When others are shy or overthink their love, she sees no hindrances or boundaries in getting to you with a hug or a hand squeeze, or a simple, “I love you.” Nothing will stop this smiling, strong woman of God. You would never be able to tell what struggles in life she has had to endure, because she wears her joy and trust in Jesus above everything else.

Beth is our one and only racer from Britain, but she is from Sussex, Wales. Even though she alone represents Europe on our squad, she has borne the burden bravely and beautifully. Beth has a huge heart for Jesus to infiltrate Europe and abroad as she already has an organization in Ghana that she co-runs. She keeps us on our toes with getting in shape, and she transparently shares all of her wisdom, and how God has been shaping her and molding her into something so strong and lovely. She also introduced me to Rugby, for which I am eternally grateful. 🙂

Here are some of their blogs if you want to check them out. There are also lots of others who are not fully funded, so if you know anyone who would like to support my teammates on their journey, that would be amazing! Their deadlines are July 31st.
