So, we do this thing on the World Race called team time. Basically, it’s a time where everyone is intentional and focused on the team as a whole and each other as individuals. We ask the Lord what He would like to speak through us to our teammates. Our most recent team time, we decided to do on the beach. And it was really cool to see how God used nature to relate to where each of us are at in our walks, this journey, etc.
My teammates agreed to let me share on a blog how God spoke to me about each of them and the pictures I took when I relayed the information back to them. I hope you enjoy reading and seeing how God can use anything to speak to us.
Evelyn (“Evy”) : You’re like a boat ready to go in the water. Be prepared; don’t doubt how the Lord is going to move in your life. Though you may feel as if you’re sitting on the shore, you’re meant for the water, to explore the unknown.
Jackie (“Jackie Chan”) : Dive in, He won’t let you sink. You will float.
Agnes (“Ag”) : Your anchor is not as deep as you think it is. If you want to go your own way, then go. Follow the Lord’s calling, not others.
Jessi (“Lil Brow Wow”) : Your true beauty is hidden within the Lord.
Christie (“Christie Kreme”) : God is well pleased with you, but don’t stop now. Continue on, press in, trust Him. There is much more He wants to show you.
Tori (“Tornado”) : The Lord is your coconut. He is refreshing to your soul.
I pray this post encourages you in your relationship with God. See if He wants to talk to you in new ways, and be open to seeking Him out in different ways.
