I spent this week visiting my sister in Duluth, MN. Kaia is only a few years younger than me and has always been one of my closest friends. I often tell her that she is my favorite sister; she doesn’t find this to be a great compliment as she is my only sister. But since we grew up in house full of boys (We have four brothers) we had to stick together. I could always count on Kaia to cheer me up when I was sad and celebrate when I was excited. She not only accepts me when I am being crazy but joins in the fun. We have a good time together and I know I am going to miss her terribly while I am away. Who else is going to share my joy of taking goofy pictures?!
