There are few words to describe the feeling of being in God’s will.
Some words do come to mind though:
I love being in the center of God’s will, because there is so much joy even in the hard times. I never want to leave! I want to continually be in His will for my life, because it is there where I feel the most fulfilling joy I could ever attain in this short life.
I have always felt that there is something more to this life. There has to be something more.
And I’ve found it…I’ve discovered what I thought was a secret, but it’s available to anyone and everyone! All it is is exactly what Paul writes: “Lose your life, and you’ll find it!” Lay down your desires and plans and exchange them for the plans The Lord has for your life. Then you will find incandescent happiness, joy. A joy that never falters even through trials and challenges.
That is what it’s like being in the center of God’s will for your life.
There is love.
There is peace.
There is joy.
There is trust.
And there is hope.
Don’t settle. There is so much more. Stop seeking after the next thing that will bring you fleeting happiness and cling to Christ who will give you lasting joy. You will never be satisfied or truly joyful until you are willing to say yes to God and exchange your plans for His.
