Ireland was not on my original list of places to go when I signed up for a year of missions work. It is for sure on my list of places I would love to visit one day, but I never thought I would have the opportunity to go to Ireland for missions work. But before I even left for the mission field I was informed that there was a change in our route. Instead of going to the Philippines my squad would be going to Ireland. After living in Romania with my entire squad for month one and then staying in Transnistria, Moldova  for month two, with three teams of all girls. We then found out that our entire squad would be all together again in Ireland. This is not something that usually would happen on the world race. In fact we were the first squad to be place back together in the middle of the race.

I had expectations about what the missions field would be like and what I knew of the WR from blogs and images. I was expecting to be living with the same 7 people on my team for the next 11 months and here we are getting placed back together with our entire squad in the third month.  I had mixed emotions about it all because I missed all my other squad mates and I love being able to do ministry with all of them. But then again that is 53 of us all living in one building for the month. That in its self comes with struggles. But in my mind I had no doubt that God knew what he was doing. I was just waiting to experience this beautiful plan God was putting together.

Our experience in Ireland was one of Growth. Within the first few day of being in Ireland we saw a visual lesson of the Power of our God.  A power and greatness we all thirsted to see and experience. We had multiple ministries that we worked with, from children’s ministry on Sunday- picking up rocks out of the soil.  The one ministry that still has been sticking out to me was the “Healing on the Streets” ministry that we had the opportunity of being trained for and also experiencing.

Not only did this training help us in Ireland but it also prepared us for this month’s ministry in India.  Which is heavy with a need for prayer and healing.  Every day we go out to a different village and we walk to different homes and pray for each family and then we go to the church in the evening to give a few sermons and our testimonies. God knows are every need In Philippians 4:19 it says “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

He knew what I would be doing in India working with a community that needed a lot of healing and He knew that we would need to know the authority we have through Christ. So he built that up in Ireland so that we could provide his people with love and care that he desired for them.

And He knows your every need as well. Don’t miss this message. He loves you so much and desires a true relationship. And when you start living in His will, things start to make more since and you start to see his true plan for your life unfolding into a beautiful masterpiece.

It’s a peaceful place to live when you are living in God’s will. Not that there are not hard times but just that there is a peace in the hard times and the good times when you are living out the true story God has for you.
