7:45am-load up from our house in Haiti
8:45am-left our house.
9:15am-arrived at the Port Au Prince bus station
11:20am-departed Port Au Prince bus station
12:40pm-crossed newly built bridge
12:40.15pm-honestly wondered if the newly built bridge was going to crumble
12:41pm-very relieved the mud and rock bridge held together
1:35pm-crossed flooded/washed out road
2:15pm-arrived at Haiti/DR border
2:20pm-arrived at DR customs
2:35pm-through customs.
3:30pm-finally left the border
6:00pm-stuck in dead stopped in traffic on the way to Santo Domingo.
10:00pm-arrive at Santo Domingo bus station with no ride to the airport because we were so late (we were expected around 5:00pm)
10:30pm-AIM contact picked us up at the bus station.
10:45pm-stopped at McDonalds for a late supper.
10:59pm-finally get the McDonald's slogan…I was lovin it.
11:20pm-arrived at Santo Domingo airport.

12:30am-fell asleep in the airport…literally on the floor of the food court…beside the escalator.
4:00am-woke up to get ready for our flight
4:15am-brushed our teeth in an airport for the first time
4:30am-arrived at security line
5:15am-arrived at gate
5:45am-loaded plane to Miami.
6:25am-plane did not take off on time because of mechanical issue.
7:00am-wheels up leaving the Dominican Republic
9:00am-arrived in Miami
9:10am-arrived at customs
9:35am-cleared customs and was ordered by American Airlines to run because they were holding our plane for us
9:40am-both our bags were flagged for a full inspection.
9:41am-almost needed a change of underwear when they found a mini leatherman I had accidentally put in Hannah's pack. (So much for DR security screens)
9:42am-gladly threw away the letterman
10:05am-boarded the plane to Los Angeles.
4:00pm-landed at LAX
4:01pm- Began 12 hour layover

3:45am-boarded our flight to Hong Kong, China.
4:05am-flight took off for Hong Kong.
4:15am-Timothy began feeling nauseous.
4:15am-10:00am-Timothy sick

7:15am-flight lands in Hong Kong (total flight time of flight 14+ hours)
8:40am-boarded our flight to Bangkok, Thailand
9:10am-took off for Bangkok.
11:35am-arrived in Bangkok.
12:40am-cleared customs.
2:00pm-loaded into trucks headed for the Bangkok bus station
2:30pm-arrived at the Bangkok bus station
7:30pm-boarded our bus for Chiangmai
7:45pm- Forced to sit in our ticketed seats (not together)
7:46pm- Timothy sits down next to a Monk for the next 10 hours (complete with orange robe, shaved head and bare feet)
8:00pm- Departed bus station for Chiangmai

6:00am-arrived at Chiangmai bus station
6:20am-loaded into trucks headed to Wongen Cafe
6:40am-arrived at Wongen Cafe and ended our travel
Total hours of travel = over 80 hours nonstop.
Total hours of sleep = almost none
Total emergency runs to the bathroom = don't remind me.
