On August 12, the First Baptist Church of Bemidji will be hosting a fundraiser dinner for my World Race.
The event will feature a pulled pork & corn on the cob dinner, live music, and a silent auction.
I am in need of a lot of help to put this all together…
Let me know if you are able helping out… I am looking for live music (it can be solo, a group, instrumental or anything else… let me know if you are available and how much time you'd like to have and I'll put together a schedule) as well as general help with prep & serving.
I am also doing a silent auction and bake sale, so if you have any connections that may be able to provide anything for a silent auction, I am collecting items now (gift certificates, artwork, etc.) and if you want to bake anything, let me know as well!

If you can provide music, it would be great if you would let me know by this Friday, as I'm planning on pushing publicity out over the weekend… Posters/Facebook/etc. and I would like to get a good idea of what exactly I am publicizing.
