I am now less than one month, from the day that I will be giving up life as I know it…
On September 4, I am joining with an organization called Adventures in Missions on a mission that spans the globe. I will be going on an 11 month Christian missions trip, called The World Race.
I will be backpacking with an amazing team to 11 different countries over the course of 11 months with only what we can fit into our backpacks to doing ministry in whatever way we are most needed. This may include doing construction, spending time in orphanages, working with victims of sex trafficking, setting up medical clinics, leading sports camps for children, teaching, and of course sharing God's love every step of the way.
I cannot do this on my own, please consider supporting me in this journey!
This Sunday evening (August 12, 2012) I am hosting a fundraiser dinner at the First Baptist Church in Bemidji from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The evening will feature:
- A Pulled Pork and Corn on the Cob Dinner
- A Silent Auction
- Live Music (featuring Chasing Clarence)
- Baked Goods For Sale
This is a free will donation event and all donations are 100% tax deductible!
