I love Guatemala.
I learned so much from the time I was able to spend here.
So much about myself, my team, God, people, life, fun,
I learned about learning, about listening, about love.
I will remember much from this place, the colors, the smells, the sounds.
I will remember the smiles and the laughter.
As each month comes and goes, I will have a section of time that I can look back on and see how I’ve grown. I can see how much I’ve changed, how far I’ve come. I can look back see how all of the people around me have grown.
For that I call myself blessed,
and I am thankful.
