Christmas time is a great time to be at Trade Days in Canton. People are bustling everywhere and the atmosphere is festive. I am so grateful that my Threads of Hope package made it in time for the market. I didn’t realize how well known this organization and their good works around the world is. The bracelets and their other creations have brought a lot of people into our stall.Â
THE T-SHIRTS MADE IT – but just barely! We were here open for business on Friday early. The UPS tracking information gave us hope that the shirts would make it to our home in North Texas sometime on Thursday. But that did not happen. My uncle suggested that we go by and pick them up on our way to Canton (they were in Mesquite, which is on the way to Canton); unfortunately, they had already loaded them onto a truck. Once they are on a truck, they are on the truck. There is no retrieving them. But they did make it to my house by 7pm on Friday night. So, my mom woke up early and drove them to my grandma’s house (back in Mesquite) and then my dad left me in charge in Canton and drove to pick them up. So, here they are!!Â
Anyway, one more day of market. We would appreciate your prayers for success. God Bless as always.
