Good day.
Hope you are doing well. The first week of camp has been such a eye opening experience. God has been doing so much all ready. It just takes my breath away. Here is a recap of what happened. Our team meet a couple days earlier to hang out with our parents for one last time., there was so much emotion and God was working on many parents. Next I met my squad, there are 36 of us that will be heading overseas to share the gospel and just be a disciple of Christ’s. Our squad has so much potential and we have already formed a tight family. If I could say one thing about our squad is how generous and caring everyone is. The spirit of Christ is so present in this group.
We have been dealing with rain every day. This area was is a dry fire ban , but we have received close to 5 to 6 inches of rain so far. soaking almost everything. This just give us training for the raining season around the world. Learning about the different cultures and countrie.
Now throughout the week God has been showing me to let go of everything and just to be loved by Him. He has started to break open my walls . The other night we were in worship and the Holy Spirit came in full force. Miracles where happening left and right. One person was healed of migraines. Another teams mates were praying and you could just see walls breaking down. Sometimes is so hard to break down the walls, but when God does there is such a peace and the weight we have been caring for so long is gone.
As I watch our squad and my team
There is a verse that comes to mind that represents our whole squad
Isaiah 42:1” Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him and he will bring justice to the nations.”
Squad know that God placed you here for a purpose and God is going to do wonderful things through you around the world.
