Where has the time gone? It’s hard to imagine, but less than two weeks, I will be talking off in a plane to start a two-week training camp. After training camp, my team and I will embark out into the world, to be disciples of Christ. It seems surreal like a dream. Though it’s not a dream, it is actually happening. My team and I will be traveling to 11 different third-world, developing, countries. Our work will be taking us to areas where we will work to bring the Gospel to women and children who have been trapped in the cycle of sex-trafficking and prostitution, to help teach English, and to provide love and comfort to children in orphanages. We will also be working in churches and helping wherever we are needed in each country. So many emotions, hit the surface: Nervousness, excitement, rearing for a new adventure, stepping out of my comfort zone, just letting go and trusting in the Lord. My mind can’t completely wrap around that this is really happening. My 50lb home is ready to go. (My home for the next year will be a 50lb backpack, that I will carry with me). So now let the adventure begin.

I will hopefully post at least once a week, though there may be some times, where you won’t hear from me for several weeks. Don’t worry. It is just due to laws the countries that I will be in.
As I prepare to depart on this next adventure, I ask you to consider aiding in this mission. We all know this world can be hard. Yet, we can all work together to bring light where darkness exists. This trip costs $19,200 to cover all the expenses (flights, food, lodging, international health insurance and support for the local communities.) Currently $13,545, has been raised so far. Leaving me $5,655 dollars short of being fully funded. This money will be used to touch hundreds of thousands of people’s lives with love, kindness, and hope. Your contribution could help provide a light where too much darkness exists. Please consider donating whatever you can, and if monetarily you are unable, please consider offering up prayers for me and my team’s upcoming trip.
