…I knew I would. Ooh I feel so good. Training camp has been an intense journey so far and God is moving in HUGE ways. I’m halfway through camp and I’ve been getting to know the rest of the Q squad, or as we like to call it here, our “family”. I feel God has intricately woven us together to do great things across the nations. Over the past four days, I’ve learned a little on how to live in situations without expectations. Everything from learning to eat an African dish called ugali,  to experiencing God mold my heart to be more like his. My body is physically exhausted, and my emotions are spent…but God is a God of restoration. We leave in about a month to our first country.

I can’t wait to see how God molds me more in the next half of camp. It’s been amazing to see the confirmation that says this is where I am meant to be right now in my life. Check out this pic of the staple diet in Africa, called ugali. We had it for lunch and dinner.
