Hi
wonderful family and friends!

                  In
true Tiffany Handley form, I am letting God take me for an intentional crazy
ride with Him for all of 2011! From January through the end of November, I will
be traveling to eleven different countries around the world! I have wanted to
go on this trip for o
ver a year, but could not imagine sleeping in a tent for
that long when I had never slept in
one before. However, after my month long trip to Haiti with AIM, I realized that with God I can adjust to
anything and thrive anywhere if it’s according to His will! While on the World
Race, I will be
serving in nearly a d
ozen different ministry sites based on the needs of the
people we will be living amongst. In Peru, I may be teaching English, in
Haiti–helping to rebuild a broken nation, in Thailand–working to rehabilitate
prostitutes, and in Tanzania-providing comfort and love to orphans dying of
HIV/AIDS in abysmal hospitals…or anything else God has up his sleeves.

                  Long
before I came to know Christ as my savior, God had given me a heart for the
nations. Studying International Relations and Global Finance in school awakened
me to a deep desire to make a difference for humanity, to change lives, to love
people around the world, and to immerse myself in their cultures. Apart from
God, I could not see how this was ever going to become a reality. However, in
this past year God has changed my entire course in life, focusing me on Him.
And through his heart and strength He is sending me out to begin sharing daily
life and hope with all the people’s of the world!

                  But
I cannot do this alone–I need your help in one of two ways, or both! I need to
assemble a rock star prayer team who will commit to spending mega time in
prayer over my travels, my team, my health, political stability, and my safety!
If this sounds like something God is calling you to be a part of, then check
that little box on the support card! If you feel like God wants you to share in
my awesome journey through financial support, then that would be so incredibly
awesome as well because I need to raise over $15,000 and my goal is to be fully
funded before I leave in January! There are two ways to donate: either a one
time donation or monthly. To do either of these options, you can fill out the
support card and mail a check into Adventures in Missions, or you can visit my
World Race page and donate by credit card!  If you have any questions about supporting me or would like
to hear more about the trip, then I would love to talk! Email me, call
me, and if you are in the Southern California area, then I would love to grab
coffee or a meal to share my journey with you!
Please make checks
payable to Adventures In Missions and return the response card with your
donation to Adventures In Missions PO Box 534470 Atlanta, GA 30353-4470. The
response card will provide AIM with the information necessary to send you a
receipt for your donation!

                  Of
course while gallivanting across the globe, I am going to thoroughly document
my travels through pictures, words, and videos! The best way to follow me is to
subscribe to email alerts for my blog right here, at: tiffanyhandley.theworldrace.org. I
also have a facebook group called Tiffany’s on her way around the world, and
another a blog at tiffanita.wordpress.com where you can read about how God has
used my trip to Haiti to completely reshape me!

Free those who are wrongly imprisoned…Let the oppressed go free,
and remove the chains that bind people. Share your food with the hungry, and
give shelter to the homeless…Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then
your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will
be bright as noon.
