I'm just going to declare right off the bat that I think i did this wrong.
Well, that's not to say that I've done any of the other recipes right, but this one especially came out strange —
it was a huge log the size of my thigh but it tasted like a thousand layers of fantastic sweet crispy goodness.

The country this week was, unpredictably, Bulgaria. 
The first time I heard about Baklava was in genie's song, "Friend Like Me," so I just assumed that it was of middle eastern origin.  Bah!  And then later on, I was told that it was Greek, Mediterranean, Turkish. . .

Let's just say this is a confused, yet deliciously sweet dessert.
