It’s official- two months from today, I’m scheduled to land back in the States after what will be 11 months serving abroad in 11 different countries. As I reflect on everything I have learned so far on this challenging, yet incredible journey and begin to explore my next steps, I realize that it will be difficult to communicate everything I have learned this year, especially on a professional level. How do I quantify the skills I’ve acquired from transitioning between countries, cultures, and languages every 3-6 weeks? How do I put in words the ways I’ve grow from living in the same room with 6-20 other people for months on end? How do I convey exactly how this year has shaped me not only personally, but also professionally?

So many of the ways I have grown this year would be impossible to capture on paper, yet here I’ve tried to do just that. Feel free to peruse my World Race Resume and see if I might just be a fit for your company when I get home in a few months.

And if you are planning on going on the World Race- keep an open mind. You never know what random skills you could pick up along the way.
