Quick Update I am currently sitting in a Starbucks listening to Christmas music, which looses all appeal when you are wearing a skirt and t shirt and are sweating from the walk over. This month I am with a team of girls in Penang, Malaysia. The other group of girls will be arriving in the area later this week while the guys are in another part of Malaysia for manistry month. We will be working with the homeless and with a hospital to raise money for children with heart diseases. Today is our first full day in Penang; we had more cultural breifing and got to experience some local cusine (which is pretty awesome). I didn’t expect Malaysia to be as diverse as it is. There are 3 main people groups: the Malay, Indians, and Chinese. All 3 have very different cultures which has made for lots to learn. Love from Penang, Theresa
