Hey! My name is Theresa Ann (yes, both names, I know, it’s a hassle, but if you call me Theresa I’ll cringe a little bit inside, so Theresa Ann or TA!) I am 18 years old, I have lived in Mount Juliet my whole life, and I have absolutely loved growing up in such a diverse city as Nashville. You can always find me drinking coffee or sweet tea, taking pictures, playing guitar, or going on adventures with my friends. I love to write, my favorite book of the Bible is James, and one of my favorite verses is 1 John 4:19 – We love because He first loved us. That verse has driven my desire to show God’s love all around the world.
Over the past two years, I have taken 3 mission trips to Nicaragua where I discovered my calling into international missions and specifically my long term calling to Nicaragua. After graduation I will be pursuing that calling by going on the World Race, where I will be doing mission work in 5 countries for 9 months. Those countries include Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Nepal, and the Philippines.
Lord willing, after the World Race I will attend Bethany Global University where I will study to earn my degree in Biblical Theology and Intercultural Studies.
Where the Lord will take me after that, I don’t know, but I am excited and willing to go on the adventure.
