Good times, good friends, GREAT
Blessings!!!
Sadly, our time in London has now come to an end. The past few weeks have been filled with unexpected fellowship, blessings and new
friendships! The Lord spoilt us with a time of Spiritual refreshment at the South African Church (“SA Gemeente”), and we are thankful for the wonderful times of fellowship we had with our Christian hosts here in London. A very special word of thanks toe Jubilee, Jaco, Liesl and Corneli for welcoming us into their home – we will never be able to thank them enough for their kindness to us during this time! On the photo here on the
right they took us out for Chinese and we had a GREAT time together! The waitresses were very surprised to hear us speak two or three Chinese words!
One of the highlights of our time here was when Jacques and Lana were envited by the Newick Youth Group to share their experiences on the World Race. They had a wonderful time with the young people and were very encouraged by this enthusiastic group of teenagers! Many thanks to Chris, the youth worker, for inviting them. Lana taught the children an Afrikaans song, “Dis so lekker om die Here te dien” (It’s so wonderful to serve the Lord), and the kids will be singing this song at their Youth Service in three weeks time! Here are some photo’s of them and the church:

The church’s first priest started ministry in 1288AC.

The girls were practicing for their Youth Service in three weeks. The youth group meets once a week to do Bible Study together, and they often invite special guests to share their testimonies. Two of the young ones have recently been to Lesotho in Southern Africa where they were involved in missions work! (The World Race will also be visiting Lesotho later this year.)

Here we are with Chris (the Youth Worker), Peter (the Pastor) and his daughter.
We also met up with Sarah (Blue Team) and Cathy during their stay in London. It was really wonderful to share our experiences over these past few weeks and all of us could testify about the Lord’s provision and faithfulness during our time in Europe.
THOUSANDS OF THANK YOU’S to all our wonderful friends in London! We will miss you and pray the Lord’s richest blessings over you! Lots of thanks also for all the prayer support from all over the world – your prayers carry us each day! We are flying to Ancona, Italy, tomorrow (15 June) and will then be arriving in Split, Croatia, on the 17th. We will be spending the next month in Bosnia, doing camps and holiday clubs with the youth. Please pray for our health, safe travelling and obedience in everything we don.
Lots of love in Christ Jesus,
The Lime Team
