Seth has brought in 3 AWESOME guys to teach us and do some training with us before you head out on our journey. These guys are great and very challenging…which is good. The first night they were here
Gary (one of the guys) said that he really felt like the Lord was telling him that He was going to speak to us in our dreams regarding our car situation.
Well…that night Jessica F. had a dream about and orange van and an orange. The next morning she was telling us all about this and said she didn’t really know what it meant, but she knew it was from the Lord. We as a group got together and prayed about this and just told the Lord that if there was an orange van He wanted us to go to or something He wanted revealed to us that He would do it.
Not even 5 minutes after we crossed the border into TX Kristin looked to her left and said hey guys, there is an orange van sitting in that car lot over there. Immediately we stopped, got out of the van and went over to it. It wasn’t the best thing in the world, but hey for $1,990 and if it’s what the Lord wanted, we didn’t have much choice.
After looking at the van and condition it was in we as a group didn’t really feel good about it, but felt the Lord wanted us to find something on that lot and that is the reason He sent us there, so we found a 1985 blue and whiteSuburban. It was a great price and we all knew the minute we saw it that that’s what the Lord wanted us to have.
We let a mechanic look at it, test drove it, and talked to the guy and we are getting the truck, paper work, tag, everything for $1,728…Praise the Lord…isn’t He AWESOME!!!!
We are going today to pick it up and do all the paper work on it, so please keep us in your prayers that nothing unexpectantly will come up and it will all go smoothly.
