UGANDA

Sorry to all the parents and the followers of the blogs out there, the Blue team is safely in Uganda. We have had quite an interesting time beginning with the bumpiest bus ride that we have ever been on, witnessing intensely with a Jehovah Witness, and meeting our new family for the next few weeks.

We have partnered up with a church by the name of Kings Church. This church is primarily focused on church planting and disipling, so this is exactly what the World race is looking for. Praise Jesus Christ.

One hundred and Twenty-Eight people have given their lives to the Lord in just three days. Every day has been an intense encounter with the Holy Spirit and the greatest miracle of all is flooding all over Uganda.

The agenda for the next few weeks is as follows. We are targeting farming villages that are deep within the Ugandan forests. We go with multiple pastors that will be heading up the follow up for the years to come. We are primarily doing door to door ministry but we would call it more like village to village ministry. Chad and Sarah are heading up the open air preaching while Casey & Cathy cover the Intercessory department. We will also be hosting bible seminars to some of the church’s, encouraging the local pastors, preaching on Sundays and playing with orphans the rest of the time.

We are all absolutely floored at what the Lord is doing all over Uganda. Please join with us to pray for the follow-up and the discipling of the hundreds that will give their lives to the Lord while we are here. We also need personal prayer for each of us because this is some of the most intense ministry that we have done yet.
