BRACH ISLAND

The Blue team has enjoyed an awesome time on Brach Island off the coast of Croatia. We have been blessed to join together with the large group to pray, share stories, reflect, edify, swim, water polo, aerobics, preaching, learning and the best part about it all, camping. Praise God.

We are venturing back onto the mainland early Sunday morning where we will be attending service at one of the only growing churches in all of Croatia and Bosnia. We are going to spend the rest of the day in Split fellowshipping with the local believers and then are off on an overnight ferry ride to Ancona. From Ancona we will catch the first ferry to Patra, Greece where our learning adventure is going to begin.

Our mission for this leg of the race was to dive deep into scripture, following Paul’s journey through Turkey down into Israel, but as we all know that has changed. We have felt that the Lord has called us to start in Corinth, go through 1^st and 2^nd Corinthians and then head to Athens. From Athens we will take off to Patmos where John got a revelation from God to write the book of Revelation of Jesus Christ. We will spend a couple of days going through the book of Revelation together and then the race begins.

 

In the race; and I don’t have the details; we have to take a journey through 4 biblical cities in Turkey ending in Ephesus. In Ephesus; which is a wonder of the world; we will go through the book of Ephesians together to complete our two weeks of learning.

From Turkey we have all felt that the Lord would like us to spend more time ministering in Egypt. We will be attending a youth camp with more than two hundred children ministering about the salvation of Jesus Christ.

We all feel that huge things are about to happen on this leg, so please join with us in Prayer to believe in the miraculous.
