Did you know that the
Lord LOVES

God has been teaching
me about His love since last August.
The Word of God tells
me His love is:
Unending
Unfailing
Unconditional
Forgiving
Faithful
Compassionate
Gracious
Jealous
Extended to EVERYONE
BETTER THAN
LIFE ITSELF
Psalm 63:3
My job allows me to
talk to our staff in Haiti on a regular basis. About a week ago I received a
text message from them telling me that their vehicle was broken down in down town Port-Au-Prince (click here to
read a blog about it).
Not the safest place
for white people to be at dark.
So I began praying
for safety until God very clearly said, “NO, I want you to pray that they are
able to share the Gospel through this”.
So I did. I prayed
that ears would be opened to the Gospel message, and that we would have the
boldness to get out of our vehicle and start preaching the Good News.
I got a call from
them later that night telling me that while they were working on their vehicle,
Ben was able to lead 2 guys to Christ and shared the message with numerous
others.
God showed me His
love in a new way that night.
He tangibly showed me
that if I listen to His voice and pray what He wants me to pray that things
will change. And He let me see how that works in real time.
The way God showed me
His love that night through this story will not soon be forgotten.
God wants to
encourage you with His love.
Are you open to new
ways of accepting his Love?
Love from the Lord looks
different than Love from an earthly human.
I am learning this and am growing so much
more in Love with the creator.
