November starts our final month on
the World Race. It is also our Ask The Lord month. So we have been praying
about it and sending out emails to YWAM bases and other contacts around the
area. We finally felt God open the door to Croatia and will be working with a
friend of Sammies.

Her name is Kat and she works at a
government run institution for mentally and physically handicapped individuals.
We have been told that the institution in grossly understaffed with around 250
people living there and only 30 staff members.

            While
we are still not 100% sure what we will be doing (after all it is the world
race and when are we ever 100% sure of anything) we are all very excited to
offer these individuals some sort of hope. We have been told that a lot of them
have not been outside in years so taking the time to take them outside and sit
with them could really brighten their day. I am very excited about what next
month holds. We will be living with Kat and her family and from what Sammie
tells us the mother is a VERY good cook! So we are all excited about some
traditional Croatian food!

            We
are also saddened that Stephanie will not be with us this last month as a new
team has been formed for this final month with the purpose of prophetic
worship. Team ‘Burn’ will consist of 1-2 people from each team and is headed to
Burlin for the month to worship around the city releasing God’s joyous noise to
the city! They will be a part of a prophetic worship movement called Burn
(which is kind of like the International House of Prayer I am told). We are all
excited for Steph and team Burn but we will miss her greatly this last month.

Prayer requests:

Quick bounce back from
Strep Throat

We fly to Munich on October 27 and
then find our way to Croatia from there!

For the ministry our team will have the final month.

For each of us to stay in the present and not think too much about going
home.

For team Burn as this is their first month away from their respective
teams

For each of us to allow God to continue working on the things He wants
to get out of us before we go home.
