Well, Steven did. Why? Because he serves Jesus and he knows anything done

without Jesus is pointless.

It was first a half million he was offered for his ministry of saving little girls out of the sex trade. But they told him he had to take Jesus? name out of the description.

No way…..

So the comeback was, they loved what he was doing? They would give one million.

Could the ministry use the money? Of course! They are supporting 14 families right now! Not including the little girls that live at the house with them, the police they have to pay to actually help them rescue…and so much more.

The girls that live with Steven and his wife Kenia.

This is not the point. If we take Jesus out of the picture everything done would be pointless. It is not just about rescuing these girls from sick men, it is about introducing them to Jesus who will be their Savior and be the one to truly rescue and heal them.

Other organizations that come in and bring these girls out of their devastating situations do not provide soul and spirit healing. The girls go straight back to the circumstances that got them into exploitation when Jesus is not involved. They have no hope. They are so broken that nothing can help them in this world.

Steven has had many opportunities to make this ministry explode. But that is not his desire. His desire is to work with these women on a personal level, to get them independent from their past and dependent on God.

Yes, 14 ladies may not sound like a lot for a 90 day program but they see fruit. Those 14 women then go out and are a light to their friends and family. The ripple effect. The fruit of becoming a disciple of Jesus. It is not superficially reaching as many women as possible and ramrodding them through a ” course “; is taking the ones that God has given them and pouring into them healing truth, time, energy, and love.

The women at Breaking Chains

Jesus was God and He did not take on hundreds of men to disciple; he took on twelve. Yes, he taught others and loved them too. Steven shares with hundreds of people, but his main focus are these women.

God does not call us to conquer the world. That is His job. Our job is solely to listen to Him and love on the people He tells us to.
