Hello all,
As I pack tonight for launch from ATL to South Africa, I’m excited for all the new stories and possiblities that lie ahead of me!
A new team awaits my arrival in Georgia and I’m excited to meet them! They are currently going through training camp, and I will join them this weekend! With a new team, there will be a new spirit, new personalities, and the team will likely have its own DNA, and so I look forward to the ‘us’ that we will become! Pray for me as I prepare to join this new squad, that God would help me transition well from JSQUAD to this new Passport squad.
Also, as I prepare to launch please pray with me regarding the following:
1. That my co-leader Haley and I would compliment each other well as well as love and serve each other well. That we would laugh together (because thats vital)…and that we would have depth with each other and the squad as we push them forward in the things of God!
2. That our new squad would have and/or develop a hunger for ALL that God has for them in this season!
3. For our first month serving with Love Story (http://www.lovestory.org.za) in South Africa, that we would serve them well and be the type of people that would go above and beyond to bless and strengthen them while we spend the month serving with them.
4. That God would send us to specific people in the community of the city we are going to, and give us boldness to share the Gospel unashamedly as well as give the people ears to hear the message of salvation being offered to them! Amen!
5. For all my needs to be met for this journey, and for my fundraiser to reach fully funded status! Thanks for being apart of the journey and loving me so so well. I appreciate and love each of you for the ways that you sacrifice so I continue to go out and live out the purpose in which God has created me for! He has called me to nurture and ignite the body and I am able to GO and do that in partnership with people like you who stand behind me in support and love.
