I’ve been home a little over a month, and have been tirelessly re-packing my storage to move it all to a nearby storage facility in Delaware. I’ve parted with many things that I love in His name in order to make the transition smoother but I still have a lot. Furniture that belonged to my Mom, boxes filled with photos, books, and winter clothes, things I won’t part with and look forward to enjoying in the near future.
I believe that in the winter of 2018 I will need all of these items, that I’ll be back from my last trip squad leading unpacking them in my new home (wherever that may be), with new experiences, challenges, and a new life before me. But before that, I’ve got months of faith-filled steps to take. A journey with a new squad, imparting love, passion, and wisdom into them so we can together run like fire threw the world sharing the Gospel, and praying for hope and healing in the broken.
In Jesus name, I ask that you help me go. That you will ask God Himself “how would You have me support Tera’s journey?” and then do whatever He says. Be apart of the beauty that is in this ministry.
When I asked God if I should go on this journey He spoke John 14:12-14 over me:
“Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”
I believe I will be asking Him for a lot in the next 6 months, for strength, for miracles, for vision, for overflowing love, for insight, for words…but right now I’m asking Him for faith and for provision.
I need to hit my first goal and raise at least $2500 by June 11th.
