Today you should receive an email with a listening prayer site you are assigned to. We have split you up in to small groups – NOT YOUR OFFICIAL TEAMS – to go through the book together. You as a group can decide how you want to use the blogs. Some ideas in the past have been to have one person every day post the questions from a chapter. Another idea has been to once a week have everyone post a blog about what they learned. Other groups have had conference calls to discuss the book and simply used the blog site to schedule calls. It is up to your group how you go through the book. The idea behind this exercise is to #1 – read the book, #2 – discuss the book, #3 – get to know each other.
To log on to the site, go to the site from your email. It should be something like jan08-1.listeningprayer.com. (could be 08-1 through 08-6). The password depends on which group you are in. If your site is jan08-1 then your password is Group1. If your site is jan08-5 your password is Group5. Your personal log in is the same as your personal blog. Make sense?
