Each week when we have a conference call we will need two of you to accept responsibilities during that time.


The first role we need filled is the Reminder. This person needs to post a blog and make sure everyone remembers to be on the conference call. An overachiever (which is a good thing) may call their teammates to make sure they don’t forget… and just to say hi 🙂


The second role is the Secretary. We will be giving out vital information during these conference calls and probably not everyone will be able to attend. The Secretary’s job is to take notes through the whole conference call and post them as a blog so those who missed the call will still get the information. It is NOT necessary for the Secretary to write down everyone who attended the call.


We will leave it up to you guys to decide who will be responsible for what and when. Please work together to make these conference calls the most effective!
