I have two things that I would like for you guys to work on over the next few weeks. The first one needs to be done ASAP and the second is research to continue working on. Please be proactive in this and let us know what you find through new blogs and comments.

1) Personality Assessments. In your acceptance letter it explained how to fill out personality assessments. You should complete one called Myers-Briggs, one called Taylor-Johnson, and one called Leading From Your Strengths. Once you have completed these, you should receive a phone call from someone with Shepherd Services at AIM to help you understand the results. Please complete these as soon as possible. If you have any problems, email me and I will see if I can help.

2) Malaria Medication Research. There are multiple good sites to help you understand where and when you will need malaria medication around the world. Most doctors want to know where you are travelling to in order to prescribe malaria medicine. However, because your route is always up to God, you need to be prepared for anywhere. It is unlikely that you will need malaria medicine for all 11 months, but how many months you will need medicine may not be determined until much later in the process. You also need to be prepared for multiple types of malaria strains. Some medications only prevent certain strains. Please begin researching and post your findings on here. A few good places to start would be the CDC website, or the World Health Organization (WHO) site. Google has some good results as well.
