Yesterday we uploaded a change to your support acounts. Your gifts should not change at all, but we took out the monthly deductions and put in one deduction for the whole year. Now you should be able to look at your gifts line to see how much you have raised (unless you’ve done a previous AIM trip. then your gifts line reflects how much you’ve EVER raised). You should also be able to look at your balance line to see how much you have left to raise.
So things should be much clearer now… We hope… 🙂 Please log on to your support account and check to make sure everything on there matches your records. If you find any problems, please let me know IMMEDIATELY!
Also… when it comes time to do reimbursements, I will look at your Balance line. That will tell me how much I can reimburse.
