We know that you are working hard to prepare logistically and spiritually for the Race. Know that we are working hard to prepare training camp and the Race for you as well. Please make our job easier by replying by e-mail asap.
We need the following information from you by Monday 10 a.m. eastern time.
- Support – we need an update from you on how the support raising is going –
- If your support account does not have at least $3700 we cannot purchase your plane ticket for the first leg of the race
- If you know of supporters who haven’t sent their support yet, let us know how much you expect
- Let us know what you are doing to raise support – fundraisers, one-on-one meetings, speaking at church, etc.
- Flight info for coming to camp – we need your itinerary – if you haven’t bought your ticket yet, buy it this weekend!
- If you are driving, let us know
- Passport status – if you have don’t have it in hand, what is the status? [if you have already talked to Estie about this, that’s great]
We plan to buy plane tickets next week for your first destination. Without your answer to this e-mail, there is no guarantee you will be traveling with your team and there may be a penalty of an increase in ticket cost. – We want to buy your tickets in order to get the best fare and in order to help those who need travel info in order to expedite their passports.
