I know you guys are on the final stretch right now and it’s pretty chaotic. We want to work with you right now… help you get where you need to be. Because of that, here’s the plan.
This is a list of Must-Do’s. These are the things you really do need to prioritize and make sure these are together. Everything else can either be done in your spare time or it can be done after you are on the field. These will be the things we will call you about and help you accomplish.
In priority order…
Above all else – Pray daily. It keeps everything else in order yet it’s usually the first to go. It comes above travel arrangements, passports, and conference calls. Really stick to your time with the Lord right now.
1) Passport – in your hands.
2) Immunizations – just the basics from the list.
3) Support – if you are low on support, talk to Hanna ASAP. Fill out the Go On Faith application.
4) Treasurer Set Up – keep in touch with Laura and this will be great. You are all doing a great job.
5) Paperwork turned in – Amanda will be in touch with those of you who are missing items to help you prioritize and get that knocked out.
6) Insurance – if you don’t have this or are having problems, contact Laura or Serena.
7) Itinerary to AIM for Arrival June 5.
8) Team communication – lean on your family and help each other through this time.
