Well… things are still fuddled in your Next Step accounts… your expenses should now be correct, but many of you may be missing gifts. Specifically we are seeing gifts after 9/30/2006 that are not on your Next Step page.
The important thing to know is that your gifts haven’t REALLY disappeared. The problem is with our Next Step database, NOT with our accounting software. The accounting software still has all of your records and they are correct. The accounting software is also regularly backed up so it won’t ever be “lost.”
For now… please have patience with us. As things are getting worked on and fixed your account may reflect different things. Please feel free to let me know what you are seeing on your account versus what you should see on your page, but know that it may take some time before we get all the kinks worked out.
