As you might have noticed, today is May 1st and it is a support deadline. At this point, you should have raised $8,500, and at least $4,500 of that should be cash. The rest may be in pledges as long as they are turned in to AIM. Below are each of your cash totals as of today, plus any pledges that have been officially logged with AIM.
Pledges are calculated as the amount of the pledge times eleven months, except where a donor has specified that they are giving for a shorter time period. For example, if you have a $25/month and a $75/month pledge, the amount of “pledges” you will see below is $1,100. You follow?

Elizabeth S. – I’m unsure where your balance is b/c you’re still on staff, but I have $6,435 in pledges for you based on info you gave me earlier. In addition, it looks like you have plenty raised so that you will be at or near 100%. We’ll try to get you an “official” total this month sometime.

Racers, this deadline today is the one that counts. If you’re in a good place, then please keep doing what you’re doing. If you’re behind, this next 30 days are of supreme importance. Support-raising needs to be very high on your priority list!!
You must have $6,500 in cash at AIM by the trip start date in order to go on the trip!!
Please continue to work diligently at your fundraising and remember to praise the Lord for all He has already provided. In addition, please continue to lift up the entire fundraising process and particularly those who are very low on support.
