Hi girls!  So, how has the research and stuff been going?  I have remembered/found some of the body-weight resistance exercises you were talking about, Joy.

11 exercises you can do in 2 minutes or less?!  That’s my kind of work out 🙂 

I am prepared to commit to doing these if ya’ll are interested in some accountability. In order for me to work out, it just works best if I do it in the morning.  I have been running around my apartment complex at 5:30 before work 3x/week.  In order to get a few of these workouts in, I am going to commit to 5:15…and I’m going to up the ante to 4x a week, plus an active weekend!!!  What do you think?  I know we can do it, 2007 is going to be the fittest World Race EVER!!  🙂
