Hey girls.. Sorry I should have just posted this on the last little thing I wrote but I forgot.
I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing as far as physical condition and sticking to thier health goals?? We are down to just a number of weeks.. so now is the time to really push and it also happens to be the hardest time though due to the holidays… Yummy cookies and pies and all that fun stuff!
here is my update.. I stopped running for a while cause I wasnt feeling good then once i felt better I was kinda like ehhh why run I havnt done it in a while and I hate seeing that I have degressed. So in that time of no running my brain tells me since I am not working out I can eat all the crappy food that I want.. YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!! Well that little phase came to an end.. I think it was about November 4 I stopped eating all sweets and started my 25 miles a week again. Soooo I am back on track ladies! Not sure how long I am going to stay off the sugar but
I know for sure until thx giving.
So lets hear how everyone else is doing! Is there anything we can help with or pray with you about.. I have to admit that if it werent for this acountablity thing I would probs be sneaking the sweets here and there cause I really dont care about eating them or not.. but I didnt want to have to tell all you that I coulnt do it… so im stickin to it!
