Ok ladies, I’m biting the big one here. I am officially on the “carb” diet and need strong accountability. I MEAN STRONG!!! Please do not be afraid to get in my face! I started officially on today (monday). I would like to lose 15lbs before the race. I am going to walk 15 miles a week and do some other exercises too. Please, PLEASE, PAAAALEEEEZZ pray for me and help me!!!!
