Hey y’all! I wanted to give an update on how fundraising for the World Race is going! I’m sure this will be the first of a few to come.
First of all, thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who bought a tshirt! Seventeen people supported my campaign and I made almost $300. I couldn’t have done that without y’all!
Next, I wanted to introduce y’all to my NEW fundraiser!
It is called Adopt-A-Box and it is SO easy.
First, pick a box and donate that amount on my blog (or give me cash or check). For example, if you pick box 37, you donate $37. Once you donate, I mark that box out, because YOU adopted it!
As you can see, some boxes have already been spoken for! But you might be asking, “What’s in it for me?”
Two things:
- You’d be supporting my plight to serve and evangelize the world!
- PRIZES
For every ONE-TIME donation, you get put in the next drawing.
For every MONTHLY donation, you get put into every drawing! I’m going to have at least FIVE more drawings, so a monthly donation would give you a serious advantage.
Also, if you donate more than one box, your name goes in that many times. For example, if you adopt boxes 2, 3 and 7 (paying a full donation of $12) your name would go in the drawing 3 times!
The first drawing was for a bundt cake from The Nix’s Mixes! The Nix’s Mixes is run by Madeline Nix and she creates the absolute cutest cakes! And not only is she amazing at making cakes, but she also has a heart of gold that is on fire for the Lord and for mission work!
Hannah Hayes won the drawing after making a $5 monthly donation!

I’ve made my monthly goals for October and November! And I’m only $376 away from meeting my goal for December. I know that the Lord will work through each and every one of you to bring that in, whether through your prayers or personal donations.
