First Stop Cambodia

Today we officially leave for Cambodia! 

After a series of flights

5 hours, 14 hours, 3 hours 

Me, my leadership team and 46 young adults will be stepping into uncharted territory 

Cambodia…

A country many of us have never before experienced 

Cultures we have never been a part of 

Meeting people who don’t speak our language

Living life with people we met 2 months ago

And proclaiming the name of Jesus in a place that is predominantly Buddhist

 

AND WE ARE SO EXCITED! 

 

We are honored you have chosen to partner with us and desire to experience this journey by our side. 

 

Here are some ways you can be praying for us, our ministry and the country of Cambodia. 

CAMBODIA: 

Hearts would be open and hungry for the love of God 

Regardless of circumstances, they would know Abba is good

Restoration of the Khmer people

Freedom in a culture of perfection and striving

Weeping would be turned into dancing

Brokenness, hopelessness, and defeat would be turned into healing, hope and victory in Jesus‘ name

Physical, spiritual and emotional needs would be met in overflowing abundance

The oppressed would walk in freedom  

OUR MINISTRY HOSTS:

They would feel the presence of God as soon as we walk in the door

They would feel loved unconditionally 

They would be encouraged, uplifted and revitalized

Unity within their family

Revival within the ministries they take part in

Hope of the things to come

They would be blessed 100 fold for their obiedence and love of God

US (GAP YEAR S SQUAD):

We would love radically, unconditionally and extravagantly

We would bring hope, peace and love everywhere we go

People would notice we have something different and get the opportunity to tell them about the love of God

We would be a generation that brings hope

Every step we take would reveal the Kingdom of God

Protection and safety over our physical bodies as well as our minds and spirits

Our hearts would break for what breaks His

Our feet would carry the blessing of joy as we bring the good news

Protection and comfort for our families back home

Divine unity within our whole squad and individual teams
