4 Things I’m thankful for this 4th of July weekend:
This weekend has a lot of tradition behind it; like shooting off fireworks, maybe going to the lake, cookouts, friends, family, its Americas birthday you have celebrate our country… Right? There are plenty of reasons to be thankful this weekend, but here are just 4 reasons why I am thankful, with training camp being a month away and my trip less than 100 days away I have a lot to be thankful for.
I AM THANKFUL FOR:
1. My Friends and Family:
I am beyond thankful for my friends and family; they’ve supported me through this journey weather they understood it or not and they’ve stuck by my side. I’m extremely thankful for my mom she has partnered with me on this journey and has been my biggest supporter, she has gone above and beyond for me. I’m thankful for my friends who stand behind me, and support me, and are down on there knees praying for me. I am beyond blessed to have the support system that I do!
2. All My Supporters:
Words will never be able to describe how thankful I am too all my supporters! I wouldn’t be able to do this trip without you! Some of you I know personally and some of you I only know you through my parents but I am beyond grateful for each of you, and the part you’ve played on this journey. Thank you doesn’t do your gifts justice; But THANK YOU!!!!
3. My Job:
I’m thankful I have a job I get to get up and go to everyday, I spent a long time without a job a few years ago and that was on of the hardest seasons of life. My job is such a blessing to me, I get to work with children all day and hear all the crazy thing they say. Ive even found supports at my job, a year ago I would of never thought this job would turn into what it has and I am thankful that I work for adventure club.
4. Freedom
I’m thankful that I live in a country that is free, I’m thankful for the cross that made me free, thankful that Jesus died for my sins and my debit is paid in full. We are free because of Him, and I don’t have to do anything for that freedom. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for Jesus; so yes I am beyond thankful for my freedom and that I have the changes to spread his love to other countries, and be able to work with people all over the world.
These are just a few things I am thankful for this weekend!
